Payment Terms

All payments for our services are governed by our pricing agreements and invoices. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon fees.

• Standard projects require a 50% deposit to begin work
• Remaining balances are due upon project completion and before final delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees and interest
• All prices are quoted in USD and exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated

Project Delivery

We strive to deliver projects according to agreed timelines, but timelines may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to client revisions, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structor Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination of your access to the Services, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Wyoming.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
