6. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structor Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that could temporarily affect service availability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual contracts. Upon termination:

  • Your access to our services will cease
  • Outstanding payments remain due
  • Data retention will follow our data retention policy
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.
